Uodly turns videos and audio from real experiences into UX guidelines. These terms explain, plainly, how you can use the platform, how credits work, and what each side is responsible for.
Updated on June 30, 2026By creating an account or using Uodly, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. When using Uodly on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind it to these terms.
These terms form the contract between you and Uodly. Complementary documents (such as the Privacy Policy) are part of this contract.
Uodly turns videos and audio from real experiences into UX reports. To do so, we extract the audio, generate the transcript, sample the video frames, and analyze both to produce a UX Score, sentiment, journey, pain points, and actionable recommendations.
The report is a supporting diagnosis, anchored in design best practices and in the evidence present in the analyzed media. It does not replace formal research, professional advice, or your team's decision.
We strive to keep the service stable, but it may undergo maintenance, updates, and occasional unavailability. Features may be added, changed, or discontinued.
You sign up with email/password or social login and are responsible for keeping your access details correct and up to date.
Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
If you grant access to your workspace to other people on your team, you are responsible for ensuring they also comply with these terms.
The media you upload and the reports generated from it are yours. Uodly claims no ownership over them.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process your media — store, extract audio, transcribe, and analyze — for the sole purpose of generating and delivering your report and operating the platform.
We do not use your media, transcripts, video frames, or reports to train artificial intelligence models without your explicit consent, and we do not sell this content.
By uploading a video or audio file, you represent that you have the necessary rights or authorization to use and analyze it, including image rights, voice rights, and the personal data of third parties who appear in the recording.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload. We are not liable for media uploaded without the appropriate legal basis or authorization.
Uodly works with prepaid credits: 1 credit equals 1 complete analysis with the full report. There is no subscription or monthly fee.
Credit purchases are processed by Stripe, via card or PIX (a Brazilian instant-payment method). We do not store your card details. The applicable prices are those shown on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.
Each batch of credits is valid for 12 months from purchase and is consumed oldest-first (FIFO). A credit is debited when the analysis completes successfully.
Under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (art. 49), you may request cancellation of the purchase within 7 days, with a refund of unused credits. Credits already consumed correspond to a service rendered and are non-refundable.
We may adjust prices and packages at any time. Changes do not affect credits already purchased, which keep their original validity and purpose.
Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or that you have no rights over; violate the privacy, image, or personal data of third parties; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the service beyond what is permitted; do not introduce malware; and do not carry out attacks, overload, or unauthorized automated access (scraping, bots) against the platform.
Non-compliance may lead to the suspension or termination of your account, without prejudice to other applicable measures.
The platform, software, brand, design, analysis methodology, and UX knowledge base are owned by Uodly and protected by law. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.
You receive a license to use the reports and recommendations generated for you, internally and in your products, including commercially, within your business.
If you send us suggestions about the product, we may use them freely to improve Uodly, without this creating any obligation for us.
Uodly is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet a specific goal of your business.
The transcription, video-frame analysis, and overall analysis depend on AI technologies and the quality of the uploaded media. Results may contain inaccuracies and should be critically evaluated by your team before any decision.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uodly's liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
These limits do not apply in cases of willful misconduct or where the law does not allow limitation.
You agree to hold us harmless and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from the content you uploaded, misuse of the platform, or violation of these terms or the law.
You may close your account at any time. Deletion follows what is set out in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a violation of these terms, misuse, or legal requirement, seeking to notify you when possible.
Unused, still-valid credits may be refunded when the termination does not result from a violation on your part. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification) remain in force.
We may update these terms from time to time. Relevant changes will be communicated, and continued use after they take effect means agreement with the updated version.
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code, the Internet Civil Framework (Marco Civil da Internet), and the LGPD (Brazilian data protection law). The courts of the consumer's domicile are elected to resolve any disputes.
If any clause is found invalid, the others remain in force. Tolerance of any non-compliance does not constitute a waiver of rights.
