01

What data we collect

Account data

Name, email, and authentication data (via social login or email/password) to identify you and grant access to the workspace.

Uploaded media

The video/audio files you upload for analysis. This content is processed to extract the audio, generate the transcript, and analyze the video frames.

Analysis context and settings

The UX actionables you enable in each analysis, used to direct the report.

Payment data

Credit purchases are processed by Stripe (card or PIX). We do not store your card details — we keep only the purchase record (package, amount, date, and credit validity) for your history.

Usage data

Technical information (device, browser, usage events) to keep the service stable and improve the experience.

02

How we use the data

Generating your report

The media's transcript and video frames, together with the context and the chosen actionables, are sent to our analysis engine to produce a UX Score, insights, journey, and recommendations.

Operating and improving the platform

We use aggregated usage data to fix issues, measure performance, and improve features.

Communication

We send transactional emails (confirmations and credit purchase receipts) and, only with your consent, product news.

What we do NOT do

We do not sell your data. We do not use your media, transcripts, video frames, or reports to train AI models without your explicit consent.

03

AI processing and third parties

Subprocessors

For transcription, video-frame analysis, and other analyses, we use AI and infrastructure providers (e.g., speech transcription services and multimodal language models) under contract, which process the data only on our behalf.

Third-party content

When analyzing a public third-party video/audio, you represent that you have a legal basis to use it. Uodly processes this content only for your analysis and does not redistribute it.

International transfers

When data is processed outside your country, we apply appropriate contractual safeguards (e.g., standard data protection clauses).

04

Retention and deletion

Media (audio, video, and text files)

The uploaded file is used only to generate your report and is automatically deleted from our storage right after generation. We do not keep the original audio, video, or text.

Reports

They remain stored in your workspace until you delete them or close your account.

Account closure

When you delete your account, we remove your personal data and media within 30 days, except for legal retention obligations.

05

Your rights (LGPD and GDPR)

Access and portability

You can access and export your data and reports at any time.

Correction and deletion

You can correct account data and request the deletion of media, transcripts, video frames, and reports.

Withdrawal of consent

You can withdraw consents (e.g., marketing communications) without affecting your use of the service.
